Bussiness Owners/ Representatives! Is it good to look someone at an interview in the eye?

I always learned in Football to keep eye contact with the coach and other recruiters. Do you find it offensive/hostile? Or is it a sign of strength? I feel more confident when I look a possible employer in the eye, but does that make them feel less comfortable? I am currently a Freshman in college and there are possibilities for internships. Thank you!

There is a subtle difference between looking someone in the eye vs staring them down. Other than that, I see no problem with looking someone in the eye.

I believe if you are in an interview that you should look at your interviewer in the eye...I think you make a statement when you do that you are truthful and caring...
