內置電的優點是空間使用率高，可以做出更纖巧或者更高電力容量的電話。
不好的地方在於電池老化不容易更換，手機沒電時只能靠充電或尿袋充電麻煩兼樣衰。

外置電應該是尿袋之類的移動充電器。

It depends on how fast you will switch to a new phone.

If you are those who are trend-oriented, it will not be a matter to you (as you will have a new phone way before you have to think about the battery). Otherwise, if you use your phone longer than 2 years, it is better to have external battery (so that you can replace the one that has been used).
