i think that the task should handle by the company,
because A COMPANY don't need us provide any service such as CO or weight.
base on the Cost-effective,SUB-CON and another SUB-CON should have a duty as a same.
if the duty need to our handle. i hold to have a enough support.

I think that the task should be handled by a certain company.It is because A COMPANY doesn't need us to provide any services such as CO or weight.
Based on the cost-effectiveness,A COMPANY and B COMPANY should provide the same service.
