How to pronounce 'Hull'?

In U.K., there is a university called 'university of Hull'. But I've heard someone pronounce 'Hull' as 'hall', some pronounce 'how', which one is correct?

Hull. You say it exactly how you see it. Think of the word Hell, but with a U instead of an E. Or the word Hum but with an L instead of an M. Or the word Bull but with an H instead of a B.Basically... it's just Hull.

Hull sounds the same as Dull.

I lived in ULL all my life the proper term to pronounce ull is Hull but if you are from ull you will pronounce it ULL without the H confusing ay

Hull rhymes with skull. People who live there rhyme it with bull (but they also rhyme skull with bull). It's the name of the river that flows through Kingston where the university is and into the Humber estuary.

I would say Hull to rhyme with "dull"
