Why can't they say Bang Bang You're dead in the movie Bang Bang You're Dead?

I think it suggests people don't care about this drama. They just think the topic and the leading role are sensitive. They don't bother knowing the drama and what really cause a good student to become a "terrorist". It's like sometimes if you don't care about a person, you would say his/her name incorrectly unconsciously or deliberately.
