個人會建議用seldom來取代not always,也就是建議:I like listening to CNN, but I seldom understand the content.

這句話,在美語口語中有其適用情形,似乎也越來越普遍。
(但非我個人所偏好,特別是radio program)

版大只需知道可以這麼說,還是先學習正確(普遍接受)的用字用語。

你好請參考 你的第一句是對的,但第二句有問題!把[hear understanding]去掉第二句才對!順便教你其他講法:I like listening to CNN radio, but I don’t always know what they are saying.

I like listening to CNN沒錯
但是第二句話怎麼感覺很拗口...一般也不會把hear用在廣播上的.
我建議可以改成再簡單一點
but I don't understand the contents very well because of my listenning.
