加拿大旅遊, 可以學車、學游水嗎?
學小型私家車, 由零開始, 大約需多久?
學游水, 由零開始, 體質較弱的話, 大約需多久?
請問只是旅遊, 學車, 且考埋牌照, 行嗎?

2. For driving, I urge you to reconsider.

This is the ID requirement for British Columbia to get a driver license (in Chinese):

Since you don't need a visa (and you don't have one), the best they can do is issue a temporary license to you.

Even you get a full license, Hong Kong's Transportation Department may not allow you to convert back to Hong Kong's driver license (as 6 months of proof of residence is required).
