如果我睇岩個單位3.4m,想供30年,按揭條數應該點計哂d數?

嘩,你比咁少料,點幫你計個按揭?我計你2.5%利息,樓價3.4m,首期1.134m(3成首期)即係要貸款額要2.266m,利息就一其957k左右,即係30年每個月大約8950一個月左右,仲有代理佣金: $ 34,000.00
釐印費: $ 76,500.00
買賣合約律師費: $ 2,000-3,000
轉名契: $ 5,000-30,000
按揭契: $ 5,000-30,000
大約就係咁,不過你唔好指意一定岩,你去squarefoot到睇穩陣d,個到入個數據就幫你計好

咁梗係要知個按揭利率先喇, 要知按揭利率就先要知你想買咩單位?

住宅, 居屋, 村屋, 唐樓都有唔同....同埋你想做幾多成按揭呢??

住宅宜家恆生, 中銀, 渣打, 工銀都係最低2.15%

村屋就係渣打2.15%, 中銀2.2%

唐樓就中銀2.3%
