he she it = does not go

present contiuous tense
1, we, you, they = are not going
he, she, it = is not going

past tense WENT - GO
I, we, you & they, he, she, it - did not go

past continuous tense
I, we, you, they = were not going
he, she, it = was not going

future tense = shall or will go
I, we = shall not go
I, we, you, they, he, she, it l = will not go
