You are not a freelance worker but under the employment of a bank. So, the critical issue is whether this kind of arrangements are allowed in your employment contract. Check to it or check with your Manager before you are considering a firm etc, a much more complicated issue e.g. employer vs. employees, insurance, pay etc. etc.
