It's actually a trailer for a movie. In it, there are two naked women and one defecates into a cup, then the two proceed to putting the excrete into their mouths, then kissing, transferring it to one-another's mouth. It's a pretty dirty video. I'd expect more from all the roaring acclaim it got.

DO not eat while watching it. I made that mistake when someone told me to watch it. It start out with two ladies kissing each other. And then one poops out into a cup and they eat it and vomit it into each other's mouth. It is sick and disgusting!
