只能hard reset (回复到出廠狀態，會清曬自己裝的apps和contact之類的data)，方法如下（熄機的情況下同時按著“power"+"home"，入去做wipe機）Hardware key1. Press and hold the Power + Home/Menu button. Shortly a restore menu appears.2. Then select Wipe data/factory reset.3. Now select Yes to proceed.4. Wait for the Samsung Galaxy Ace to finish the process, and after it finishes, select Reboot now.5. Now wait for the phone to start up.
