Yes, 마리 (ma-ri) and 유리 (yu-ri) are both Korean female names.
Edit for Jessica: wow, for a korean you sure don't know much. What about Yuri from SNSD? Her full name is 권유리 (Kwon Yu-ri). I wonder what she'd think if you told her it was Japanese? (It isn't- Yuri in Japanese means "lily", while Yuri's name in Chinese characters is 侑利, which means "reaping the benefits")
