English questions, please help.?

I just studied for two hours.
I just ran for three hours.

Are these sentences correct and acceptable?
or do I have to say:

I have just studied for two hours.
I have just run for two hours.

______________________________________
Another question is:

Ever since I immigrated to Australia, I studied there.

or

Ever since I immigrated to Australia, I have studied here.
______________________________________

The present perfect tense is used for actions or events taking place in the past and continuing into the present or very recently completed. Your first two examples fall into the "very recently completed" category, but you can just as easily use the simple past tense. There is no real difference in meaning.

However, your studying in Australia is an ongoing action still current, so the present perfect must be used.
