The much-awaited annual marathon of our school is coming up soon! The object of this letter is to inform you the important things of the marathon you must notice.
Firstly, the event will be hold on Friday at 10:00 am and all of you must arrive by 9:30am.We recommend that you best bring a umbrella with you in case of raining and a bottle of water because water there is very expensive , the price is three times higher than that of other stalls.
Secondly, it is for athletes. The marathon will be beginning when the clock striking 11:00.Half an hour will be given to you to do some warm up before the marathon starts. We will provide every athlete a distilled water and lunches as an encouragement in hopes of all of you doing your maximum on the contest.
Besides, the aim of this event is to raise money for the students in the rural areas, we hope that our students can show their bounty to donate money for this meaningful event .Lastly, those who have not entered themselves for marathon yet, what are you waiting for? Please hurry up to join us!
