Diet question??? Help?

So, it was my best friends birthday today and we was at the mall, we had subway for lunch. I ate tuna sandwich 6inch with no cheese and then 2 hours later, I drank chocolate bubble tea. She had a huge party at night and there's a lot of food! I ate a lot (about 2500cals) mostly unhealthy good like muffin, chips, friend chicken and etc. I feel so bad about myself now! So I decided to eat healthy and less tomorrow. This is what I'm going to eat:-

BREAKFAST
- WHOLE GRAIN CEREAL WITH LOW FAT MILK.

LUNCH- A HUGE YELLOW PEAR.

DINNER- A SMALL BOWL OF SALAD.

Is this okay? I might be doing this for a week. I jog every 3 times a week.

Dont eat less than what you normally eat to try to make up for yesterday. You need far more food than you listed here. There is very little protein, no real veggies, no good carbs, no good fats..........this is a diet to literally die for.............>

Be extreme in your intensity not your methods...........>

No you should be eating enough. Try that for breakfast with some fruit, for lunch have like I don't know a veggie soup or a veggie sandwich or a tuna salad and then for dinner have like a chicken salad or something. That still might not be enough so you should probably have some snacks too like celery with peanut butter.
Drink water all day long.

if you are trying to lose weight, potatoes are really good for you, because they fill up your stomach easily without putting on much weight.
