So, it was my best friends birthday today and we was at the mall, we had subway for lunch. I ate tuna sandwich 6inch with no cheese and then 2 hours later, I drank chocolate bubble tea. She had a huge party at night and there's a lot of food! I ate a lot (about 2500cals) mostly unhealthy good like muffin, chips, friend chicken and etc. I feel so bad about myself now! So I decided to eat healthy and less tomorrow. This is what I'm going to eat:-
BREAKFAST
- WHOLE GRAIN CEREAL WITH LOW FAT MILK.
LUNCH- A HUGE YELLOW PEAR.
DINNER- A SMALL BOWL OF SALAD.
Is this okay? I might be doing this for a week. I jog every 3 times a week.
