It's difficult for Indians to just come and find a job in Japan.

Even for English teacher, Indians have their own accent. So Japanese schools may not like them as English teachers.

Are you Indian ? Then you may have a problem getting a job teaching English. Most schools want a native English speaker.

I worked for a compnay called LABO in Japan. Bascially it's a English school that teachers kids and adults of all ages after school like a club. I helped teach English and did office work. I went not knowing much Japanese but picked it up real quick. I had no qualifications and got paid 90,000 yen a month plus accomodation and travel paid for. There aren't really many jobs you can do unless you speak a fair bit of Japanese. You could try bar's or English tutoring. It will be hard too beacuse you have no qualifications but not impossible. Maybe you could spend a bit of money and do a Japanese course to learn at least some Japanese. You will need to have it arranged before you go with a company to get the right visa. Try searching on international job search. Good luck with it all. Edit- you do not need a degree to get a working visa in Japan! I had no degree and got a working visa easy!

I'm going to say work through the Indian community in Japan. It's getting bigger all the time, so it must have it's own networks for job-hunting.

English teacher. And then after you get your mba from here in Japan, it might get better. Or you might still be an English teacher. Why Japan?

I lived in Japan for a year in l955. Back then, NO foreigners were ever hired! The schools and businesses hired their OWN nationals who spoke English! The only way then, was to be hired by an American business that sent their own employees there. Japan is very populated, and competition for jobs there has always been very keen!
