We received the email message yesterday from our customer who said that during the year 2011 there had been four consignments which had been detained in godown and needed to pay the extension fees due to lack of manifest which supposed to be sent by our company for custom's usage.
As a matter of fact that the consignments were shipped last year and there was no reason to ask for compensation untill now. That was unfair treatment to our company and also we checked that up with Fedex's and found the manifests had sent accordingly. In view of these facts, our company will not accept any responsibility for payment of the compensation.
