I would like to check on (查詢) an order status (訂購情況) that was placed (落單) in May. The order # is X12345YZ. According to the website, it says that the item was shipped 13 days ago via DHL Global Mail 2-day delivery. However, it has never came. The tracking ID that provided is not working (失效) neither (同樣) (the ID number has more digits than DHL requires) so i have no way to locate (確定地點) the item. I would appreciate if you could take a look (調查) into it and provide me with a prompt response (迅速的回覆).

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have made a purchase of (Item Name) back in May. On the official DHL GLOBAL MAIL website it shows that it was dispatched 13 days ago. But I was supposed to receive the package within 2 days. However, it has been 9 working days already and it is nowhere to be seen. It is simply unacceptable.

I have tried to track it via the site but I couldn't entered my full Tracking ID. The amount if digits exceeded the amount of characters I could enter.

The delivery address is a (medical organisation/hospital/clinic) so the chance of losing the package is very slim.

Please answer asap.
