There are 12 tenses in Collins Cobuild Grammar Patterns Verbs to help you with Real English.
Your tense have had v.+ing may be the "see" group.These verbs are concerned with perceiving, finding, or showing someone doing something."It is called had been concerning group"=Your "have had v.+ing" group.
eg:-The police had been entering and leaving the house with....
-----Thieves had been observed entering and leaving the house with.....

The subject usually indicates a human being,but the verbs see and show sometimes have inanimate Subjects:-
eg:-The next day had been seeing us cruising down endless,cactus-lined roads with vultures circling overhead.
It might be called "Past Perfect Continuous Tense."

(1)To express the duration of an action up to a certain time in the past,eg:-
