Im 17, Female and weigh 210 pounds at 5'8". I'd say I'm pretty athletic though and I just biked 30 miles yesterday and it was a lot of fun. Not out of shape. Anyway, im not all muscle, I deffinately have fat. So I was 207 pounds a couple days ago, and now I'm 210. How could this be? Any extra exercise tips and healthy nutrition (eventhough I am eating lean meats and veggies, although I do treat myself with an occasional sweet indulgence twice a week. Whats with this weight gain though and what to do about it?

We can't know what your weight gain was but it could be water weight...your weight can fluctuate several pounds from day to day due to water weight gain/loss...

Look up 'clean eating' and try that as your daily diet...basically you eliminate processed foods (great eating lifestyle)...an occasional treat is fine, but remember the goal is to consume fewer calories a day than you burn...

Fat loss is 70% diet and 30% exercise...get your eating right, and with the exercise you already do, you should see the fat start to melt away...add some strength training to tone your muscles and increase your metabolism...
