With regards to your assistant, Kay who was on duty July 7th while my son and I stayed in the display room. Then looking around, I selected three articles of clothing and went to ask Kay for my size but he didn't respond and ignore my question. In addition he went away and talked to other sales assistants instead. That had let me feel very unhappy especially his impolite and unattend services.

As far as your newly established HongKong branch being concerned, I thought it must be very competitive and co-ordinated and yet the service is poor out of my expectation.
