Then looking around, I selected three articles of clothing and went to ask Kay for my size but he didn't respond and ignore my question. In addition he went away and talked to other sales assistants instead. That had let me feel very unhappy especially his impolite and unattend services.
At length, I must stress that I'm very fond of the uniquely designed clothes made by your worldwide company . As far as your newly established HongKong branch being concerned, I thought it must be very competitive and co-ordinated and yet the service is poor out of my expectation. In view of the fact, I earnestly hoped that it is very important for you to warn Kay against his wrong doing so that he can become a accountable sales assistant. Thank you.

and "That had let me feel very unhappy especially his impolite and unattend services." This sentence should be "That made me feel very unhappy....."
