"The success of Galaxy range of handsets" is a noun phrase. It is the subject of the sentence.

"has helped" = the main verb of this sentence.
"Samsung" = the direct object of the main verb
"offset" = bare infinite
"falls in other units" = noun phrase as the object of the verbal "offset".

Galaxy手機系列的成功幫補三星抵銷了在其他單位的倒退。

2. object of verb
3. object of preposition

In the sentence the noun clause is in apposition to it.In sentence like this,it is called the Formal Subject;the real subject is the noun clause:-"that the success...of handsets functioning"...has helped....
"The success...of handsets" is a noun phrase as subject;
"has helped"present perfect tense as verb;
"Samsung..."object of reason.
