It's because of the B-complex vitamins in the tablet. They are bright yellow (though you made not see it in the tablet, especially if it has a film on it or they are mixed with other vitamins and minerals.

The B vitamins are water-soluble, so the excess that they body does not need is passed out through the kidneys/urine, and gives the urine the day-glo yellow colour.

if u take diet B urine colour might difference. Riboflavin will get side of its identify from "flavius," that is from the Latin phrase for yellow. Taking big doses of riboflavin as a unmarried complement or as side of a diet B-complicated complement will flip urine a shiny yellow.

I can't recall exactly why, but it's the B vitamins. I think there is more to it than the vitamin being the yellow color, when i drink a ton of any colored beverage my urine still remains a normal color.

It's the mix of the vitamins. Too much Vit C can make it orange. No kidding.

Does your multi-vitamin have a lot of B-Vitamins in it? The B-Vitamin Complex will cause your pee to be yellow and this is completely normal.
