flash player出了問題。試試到adobe.com手動從新下載及安裝一次flash player。
如果都唔得，試下安裝另一個browser，如firefox或者chrome。
不過adobe flash player都要另安裝一次，因為版本和ie不同。

Are you using Internet Explorer to use the youtube? If yes, is that IE7? I think it's because you are using the IE7. The youtube said we can't use the IE7 to watch videos.
