報價單可以作為法律效力文件嗎？對方已蓋印！另對方已蓋印收貨，但印上附加條文：(此印非代表同意購買貨品，以我方最後決定為準。)這句話在法律上是否有效？謝謝回答！

In most of the case - a quotation or estimate can't be used as a legal document.However, the actual determination will depend on how the quotation is written and the information available in the quotation.
