We say "provide me with money" because money is provided to me.
But "provide me with my expenses" is wrong because it means that my expenses are provided to me. Therefore it has to be "provide me for my expenses" or "provide for my expenses" to be correct.

I don't think it is necessary to say that they are responsible for your lodging even you said 食宿. It is because you already mention that you live with them in first place.
