We say "provide me with money" because money is provided to me.
But "provide me with my expenses" is wrong because it means that my expenses are provided to me. Therefore it has to be "provide me for my expenses" or "provide for my expenses" to be correct.

We never say provide me for my expenses.
We say pay for my expenses!
You'd better check either Longman or Oxford Dictionary.

According to Longman and Oxford dictionary:
- provide somebody with something 供給
- provide something for somebody
- provide for somebody (phrasal verb) 撫養
