Why are white people hypocrite when it comes to killing animals?

So it is wrong for the Japanese people to hunt and kill whales? However, it is ok for white people to kill deer, alligator, and gar fish that's about to extinct? One of my white friend hate Chinese because they ate dog, but I saw one of his facebook picture holding two dead beaver.

Race has absolutely no bearing on the slaughtering and subsequent consumption of animals. What actually has more bearing is culture. So by you saying 'white' people, that gives no real indication of the people you are talking about. Since there are over 1 billion (Caucasian) white people on earth, that is a huge cross-section.

Dumb! The big difference is that killing deer, alligators and gar is carefully controlled by kill-sex-size limits. Japs hunt whales indiscriminately; they can kill just as many as they want. See the difference, or should I try to write it again in simpler language?

If I am not mistaken there are hunting laws on animals here. Also there were many times Dear were over populated and we NEEDED to kill them. As for gar fish they have attacked many people so their hunting hardly seems so wrong. Also when did alligators become close to being extinct? Go to Florida they are in the road.

all people have been killing animals for fun, food and sport since beginning of time dumb as s. its not white ppl, hello we are carnivores.

Its not just white people who do this.... however deer, alligator, and many gar are not about to be extinct. Beavers are not extinct either and taste good. The deal with the dog is because your friend doesn't understand that only in the western culture are dogs mainly pets. Everywhere else dogs are animals that just seem to roam around.
