In my opinion you can't take an airplane from Taipo to Kowloon Tong unless there were airports on both sides.
It might be possible to take helicopter from Taipo to Kowloon Tong if there were helicopter landing sites on both sides.

You can walk from Tai Po to Kowloon Tong with a toy aeroplane.

Of course you can, if you have the capacity.

If you are rich enough, strong enough police allows you, you may buy an aeroplane and carry it while you are walking from Tai Po to Kowloon Tong.

If you are rich , you can travel by an aeroplane .

I think you should take bus or train , it will be much better
