點解暖水洗衫會好過凍水

第一因為溶解度在温度高時 , 比凍水高 . 用油污黏在衣服上為例 , 此污漬在凍天氣 , 油會凝固為固體 , 所以其黏在力高 , 但温度高時 , 因吸入熱能量 . 油由固體變為液體 , 其黏付力會相對地降低 , 所以温水or熱水 , 必比凍水洗得更快 . 而洗衣用medium為水 , 水molecules 是不停地collide著 , 因此在這裏內之rate of chemical reaction 是direction proportion to the 水温 . 但是如果洗衣粉內有enzyme , 因enzyme為protein structure , 太高温度會distort struture , 使enzyme useless . 此為例外 .

洗衣粉入面有enzymes,ie,protease(stains contain protein usually,protease can digest protein).enzymes在30多的溫度下能發揮最佳作用,but if at low temperature, enzymes can't work best;at high temperature,enzymes will denature.so 暖水is better.
