The older, the more lonely?

I'm a 25 year old guy. When I was a child, I remember I had lots of friends, and we often made phone calls to each other, hang around with each other. But since I got to University, I noticed that I've lost all of my friends. It's getting harder and harder to make friends with other people for some reason. I've been friendless for the past 7 years or so, and the situation doesn't seem to get better.

I'm just wondering, is it the same for other people, the older you get, the more lonely you are, the harder it is to make more friends?

Dear One, Sometimes after high school, friends fall behind. When we enter college, we may feel alone and deserted. But this is a time to make lasting friends. I don't know the circumstances around losing your friends. But now is the time to approach people and make new friends. You may be the one to initiate contact. That was how it was for me in college. And it turned out great. It has nothing to do with age. At any age, we make the effort to make friends, and keep up the friendships. It is not your time to be lonely. It is your time to have fun while going to school. I wish you the best.
