I like it, but Madison was the most popular name in my age group for my area. I know twelve Madisons in my grade.

I quite like it, but I hate the nickname maddy and would call her Sonny/Sunny.
It's not a boy's name anymore. "son of matthew" could just as easily have meant "child of matthew" (including girls) but when it was translated, women were so looked down upon that they just used it on boys.
