1. Address of Meeting need to be specified.
2. You have to specify whether it is an interim dividend or final dividend - interim dividend need not shareholders' approval in meeting but final dividend requires AGM.
3. Dividend must be specified as to the payment of dividend per share, up to cents.
4. If the Company subsequently becomes insolvent, the directors have full responsibility!
