Absolutely impossible.Unless there is any evidence suggesting sexual intercourse(s) have been taken place, the testimony is considered as a statement rather than evidence.
Beside - the police will not be so stupid to press charge in this case as it is totally a waste of taxpayer money.

都可能架！如果可以提供其他證據，好似人證、視像、語言記錄嗰類物證，再加上聘請一個好律師，真係有可能囉！
