The UC Admissions Office has ways to research the questions you are asking. They look in college catalogs for other institutions and even contact other colleges directly if they do not understand the transcript. Generally, though, they know what the abbreviations on the transcript mean, what the courses involve, and what the equivalents are. Because it would be a tremendous amount of work for you, personally, to do all of that research, write up a chart showing course equivalencies, and present an explanation of why certain courses should be accepted as fulfilling the UC requirements, your best course of action is probably to do nothing at all and let the admissions office handle the matter. If you have a concern once your transcript has been evaluated and decisions have been made, then would be the proper time to look into the matter further. But you will probably need the help of an expert in transcript evaluation, and such a person might not be easy to locate.
