這好像不是英文!!
上次有一個外國人也跟我說過這種.......
ELOW 推論是Hellow (哈囉)
Wer u from 應該是 Where're you from? 因為音一樣
(你從哪裡來或你是哪裡人)

網路語言，很多老外（特別是年輕一代的）都喜歡把好好的單詞拼得亂七八糟，就跟現在大陸人很多喜歡將“什麼”寫成“神馬”，“悲劇”寫成“杯具”之類的。

wer u from = where (are) you from

簡單點說就是在保持單詞讀音不變的情況下，將單詞用不同的字母重新拼寫：
god -> gawd （英式發音）

或直接將單詞簡寫化：
you -> u
are -> r
your / you're -> ur
cutie -> QT / qt

o my gawd ur such a QT = oh my god you're such a cutie!

ELOW=HeLLoW=Hello=Say hello to you for me.
