請幫忙如何回復以下內容?

Because of this wrong quotation I’m in a very bad situation in front of my customer.

Now he asks me to reduce charges with consignee !!!

It’s on your side that you have to reduce charges as your price is around USD 1000 more than the offer made on May 28th.

May 31th I agreed with your price (following my customer’s agreement) and asked you to go ahead with the shipment.

Then no news for nearly one week and after a couple of e-mails from my side I get an answer yesterday, then today there is a mistake in the quotation !

Awaiting your answer for a suitable solution .

I would like to refer to your quotation on May 28th and that had been agreed by both parties on May 31th also prior to that I had already made an agreement with my customer. But owing to your consignee who insisted to charge higher price around USD$100 or more. As the result, I'm now being complained by my customer in a rather awkward condition. After having contact by emails, I had received your reply today with the quotation of higher prices by mistake. In view of that, I would be grateful if you can consider your previous commitment and try your best to settle down this quotation for a suitable solution. Thank you.

I guess at least you have to tell us what do you want to do?
are you the middleman or you are the person made a mistake on the quote?
