我係國際學生現在身處美國西雅圖COMMUNITY COLLEGE就讀RN註冊護士, 7月將會畢業第一年LPN.

8月會考LPN並申請OPT來年係美國半工讀完成RN

打算RN畢業後隨即申請移民

請問associate degree RN 申請綠卡可行嗎? 容易嗎?

手續如何? 需時多少?

There is something that you misunderstand.

Having the RN qualification will not directly make you eligible for immigration.

The issue with RN is due to lack of RNs in the U.S., importing RNs will be unavoidable. In this case, it will be very easy for RNs to get a job.

It is the employer's who in fact sponsors you for any kind of visa (both non-immigrant and immigrant) in order to stay in the U.S.

So it will be up to the employer to decide.

In answering your questions:

1, Possible - but the chance will not be as good as a Bachelor of Nursing holder.

2. The employer will do everything for you. You simply need them to sponsor you.
