What can I do to make her initate a chat with me?

When I treat men like that, I'm just not into him, so I probably will never initiate a chat.
Most of the time when that happens, the guy is nice enough so that I'll never be rude or mean to him.

Recently though, on a social networking site, a guy I know who used to initiate chat with me constantly suddenly stopped talking to me. He started posting hilarious, outrageous comments on things I posted and ignored me when I decided he might be fun to talk to again. He's even LOOKING better to me now that he's backed off. Only now he ignores anything I say privately to him. Kind of wish he'd come after me, just not so aggressively this time. So, yea, I'm initiating now and he's ignoring me. To me, it's hot. He seems like a different guy and I like this guy. Before he was just too damn needy. Needy is the biggest turn off for me.

Yea, I know I didn't really answer your question, but I did tell you a little story.
