Yes. Generally speaking, the journal adjustments must with Dr. / Cr. entries with narrations.You must ask and discuss with your auditors, likely with the staff member of your auditors handling your company's audit for details. Apparently, these are likely adjustments for wrong entries as appeared in the ledger of the company.
