加不加one是否都可以？ Of my three brothers, John is the oldest one.Of my three brothers, John is oldest.

John is my eldest brother. (John is older than you)John is the eldest of my three brothers. (John may not be older than you)
It is not necessary to put an "one" after "the oldest".
