Why diploma frame is so expensive?

Those frames are just crazy expensive. They go from $100 to $300. Why is it so expensive? Can someone please explain?

Right now they raise the prices because now is the time of year that people are graduating from high school and getting their diplomas to frame. Also college students getting their degrees. If you look at the beginning of the school years it would be a lot less money.

Frame plus glass would just be $2 from where I am. If you have it mounted it'll go up to around $30. Lamination shouldn't be that far up. Are you by chance looking at 24K gilded carbon fiber frames with bulletproof quarter-inch plexiglass and accessorized by a half-inch platinum hook? Just a fact, the largest university near me in terms of population charges $300 or less for an entire 4-year college course.

Where are you looking? I just purchased one from Kmart for only $7.49. Even though it is cheap, it looks amazing on my wall!
