Looks like you met some nasty customer in your work and now you need to report what happened then.
1) Our working guidelines do not indicate we need to add some buffer time to someone's arrival time for their free activities.
2) It is against the law to falsify document although the court most likely would not waste its resources on these tiny cases.
3) At that moment, the computer showed the time was 4:20 and that was what I wrote down.
4) The complainant pointed to the clock on the wall which showed 4:22. I explained to him that clock was 2 minutes fast but he was not satisfied with my explanation. To calm him down, I changed his arrival time to 4:25.
5) The complainant was still not happy. He requested to see my supervisor. After all the hustle and bustle, it was already over 4:25, so at the end, my supervisor asked me to put down 4:30 as his arrival time.

No matter what kind of data, purposely put in the wrong data is to falsify a document and is a crime.
因為這樣比較不離題,而且法庭會不會為1、2分鐘時差而追訴不是你我可以決定的。

凡經簽署的文件,在法律上均屬有效,且簽署人是要承擔法律責任的!
All signed documents are valid in law and those persons who signed bear the legal responsibility of their validity.
這樣講和你原來的意思是一樣,但比較清楚準確。
