點樣改善我D英文???

You can find exercises of various levels in book stores. It's difficult to actually recommend you a book because I don't even know whether you're in primary or secondary school, or you're not a student. Just take a look at the books in book stores and decide which one is suitable to you (by considering whether you understand the content, or whether you can answer 1 or 2 questions asked in the book).
I think asking teachers / tutors will be a better method to learn English than reading books.
