Low back injury. changes of spondylosis with anteriormarginal osteophytes at the multiple lumbar vertebral bodies,degeneration andmild posterior prolapse of L3/4, L4/5 and L5/S1 discs; small annulus tear atthe left posterior prolapsed portion of L5/S1 disc, mild posterior bulging ofthe other lumbar and T12/L1 discs, mild narrowing of L4/5 disc space, mildlumbar scoliosis and degenerative reactive endplate changes adjacent to L4/5disc are seen but no nerve impingement is seen in the lumbar spine.

L3/L4 = L3與 L4 的椎間lumber scoliosis = 腰椎側彎

1. 椎病發生變化
(a) 在多個腰椎椎體上，發現僅可接受的的前端骨刺。
(b) 在 L3/4, L4/5, L5/S1 的後端椎間軟骨板發現輕微的脫位和退化。2. 在 L5/S1 的後端椎間軟骨板的脫位部分，有環形的撕裂。3. T12/L1和其他腰椎間軟骨板，前端輕微凸起(腫脹)。4. L4/L5的軟骨板空間，輕微變窄收縮。5. 鄰近L4/L5的軟骨板，發現輕度腰椎側彎和終板退化性反應，但沒有影響腰部脊柱的神經。
