(1) your format is too formal! Instead, you should write in this way:
' Dear (e.g.Chris)
Best wishes,
(e.g.Mary)
(2) no subject(主語)
correction: 'Happy birthday! I hope your day be a delightful day.'
(3) repeated meaning

Overall:
Dear ...,
Happy birthday! I wish you will have an excellent and delightful birthday today. May all your birthday wishes come true!
Best wishes,
.......2012

除了 a glad day是錯的-沒有這英語詞語的。

同意上面的觀察你寫的大意都一樣，不會這樣寫相同意思的很多句。
另外你把hope和wish交替寫以為是同一樣意思/動詞變化，但是英語hope和wish是不同意思的，要看你所講的內容配合，用中文理解hope是希望(一般是可以期待或實現的東西-只是可能時候或機遇未到-亦可以看作是有信心的盼望)，wish是願望(一般是形容一些意識上的祝福/祝願或者是一些未必/未肯定的慾望)。有些老英語守則會是有肯定的才用hope，未知數的便用wish。

例如你寫生日咭，你wish她happy birthday(因為你祝願她快樂-但你其實不知他今年生日是否一定快樂)，你hope她enjoy a good birthday party.(假設你是知道她會搞一個生日派對-搞生日派對都是希望開心，所以你希望她enjoy享受那快樂氣氛其實是預期之內的。)

不是幫你重作，希望幫助你更懂用詞和組句。從你的寫法內容看來反正你對她不太熟識，其也可以講很多不同內容的

祝你食餐勁
祝你的生日蛋糕是你喜愛的味道
...

Don't repeat a similar idea all the time. Make it simpler by writing:-
Dear Clare,
---------------------------(A birthday card present)
Hope you are having a really nice and happy birthday,
Hoping all best things will always come your way,
Hope your day be a delightful,wonderful one as we kneel down and pray,
Wishing you having something special on this glad day,
-----(referring your social position of high birthday)
May wishes come true especially in this card to say
-----you will be happy,well and successful for best wishes for your future we all send,
Wishing you a very happy birthday!

You can make it simple by saying:

"I wish you happy birthday and hope you enjoy your delighted birthday."
