my penis is peeling and sore?

i noticed it about 4 days ago and it started as minor peeling on my foreskin and the head of my Penis

now it gets itchy and my foreskin is red, and my penis head is moist and sore when i pull back my foreskin

i have done some research online and it sounds like i have been Masturbating too much ( at least once a day)

of course i can't see a doctor because then my parents will know that i Masturbate ( that would absolutely destroy me)

should i wipe it with a wet cloth?

please help i am really worried and scared, i'm almost 17

i don't bath often but when i do i usually don't wash my penis ( not with soap) just with a wet washer after i Masturbate i usually just wipe over with a dry towel ( could that be the problem?)

What you are describing could be a friction burn as you suspect or it could be a fungal infection. Fungi are everywhere and given the right circumstances they can cause oozing red blister like sores on your foreskin. Lay off the tugging for a week and keep the area clean and dry. It you like you can buy some athletes foot cream are a dollar store. Fungi are the cause of athletes foot, and a little dab of the cream twice a day may clear up your problem.

do u clean your penis while bathing ?
u should do that .
and may i ask do u clean yourself after u masturbated ?

reply > actually u should wash it with soap to clean it , because not only your semen , even urine that stick on your penis head may cause u bacteria infection .

1.Your 17, man chillax. I suggest you find a friend whom you trust, lie to your parents tell them your going out to do something. and then the both of you go and see a doctor. Tell the doctor's your 18 so they wont ask where are your parents. ( RECOMMENDED)
2. Or you could tell your dad.( NOT RECOMMENDED)- easier.
3. Or, you could just leave it for a week,see if it heals, use the internet to find a treatment or remedy. If it is still sore you should go with option 1. ( RECOMMENDED)

If all else fails , go with option 2.

doctors cannot tell if a guy masturbates
you should see a doctor
and start washing a lot more
