過往所工作的公司都是用會計軟件, 只要做晒 voucher 每次做 year end都好方便, 只按 posting 制系統便會自動過賬同 close 晒所有有關 P&L items 的賬目 到 Pofit & Loss AC, 之後便可以即時編制 financial statement。 但是現在的公司是用 excel 入賬 (而且這是一間新公司, 入第一年賬目), 因此現在要埋2011/2012 數時, 有以下問題 :
1) 我是否要做以下 Voucher 去 close 晒有關所有出現在 P&L account 的 items ?
Closing entry voucher :
Dr. P&L AC
Cr. All Expenses items
Cr. Purchases
Dr. All income items
Dr. Sales
Cr. P&L AC
2) 我是否要做多一張 voucher 將 2011/2012 (第是一年 profit) 帶到來年, 還要開一個 Retained earnings Account ?
DR. Profit & Loss Account
CR. Retained earnings
用Excel入會計賬目點做year end ?

你做個條數會係將所有收益及費用轉入當年損益賬內：Dr. Revenue (including Sales and other income)Cr. Expenses (including all expenses)Cr. TaxationCr. Profit and Loss Account – CurrentTransferred to Profit and Loss Account請注意一點就係 Profit and Loss Account 本身竟就係 Retained Earnings (假如係盈餘嘅話!) 。現在按照會計守則就唔係叫Profit and Loss Account 而係叫Statement of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income!僅供參考！
