prevent...lose money之間需要一個preposition表達「被免」甚麼-用中文意思理解便不會留意這個verb"prevent"一般表達時是要連埋from作為preposition才能整全地表達英語的邏輯。prevent us losing money之類的寫法便是chinglish的例子。

cheque for large amount...的for prepsoition亦應該是用錯了。這裏是指cheque的銀碼大，不是表達張cheque的用途/作用，表達「作用」才用for這個preposition。例如接著immediate payment便是有人要求把cheque付款/過數等程序。至於是應該用of還是in則可以從主觀還是客觀考慮，由於這是一句指示/命令句，我寫就會用in(意思是主動地注意銀碼)，of是較為客觀地表示有大銀碼的cheque。

Any cheque(n) presented (adj)when presented qualifies the noun "cheque"
(2) spelling mistake:-payment=payement?
Also in (1) for large amt(n) for immediate payment(n phrase).
Hence:-To prevent us losing money,we now require verification of any cheques presented for large amount for immediate payment.
