我以前係美國讀high school 成績唔好返左黎香港讀 asso
但係盡左力都係 cgpa 3.3 度 ， 宜家想繼續讀上去
想問下我係美國公民 如果想升去UC Irvine 他們requirement 係幾多
個website寫3.0 for Schoool of Business， 但實際收應該係幾多？
同埋HK asso d 科係咪都可以transfer？ THANKS so MUCH！！！

The issue is you don't qualify for transfer, yet.In order to transfer, you will have to meet certain requirements, which you have not yet.
For UC Irvine, most people transfer under a transfer agreement, so the GPA is capped. But if you don't have one, it is quite competitive (like 3.3 at least).
Not all courses can be recognized by UCs.
